Last updated: February 28, 2026

Danville Digital Labs LLC ("DDL," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website danvilledigitallabs.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

We keep this simple because we believe privacy policies should be readable, not just legally defensible.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Full stop.

Third-Party Services

Our site uses a small number of third-party services to function. Here is exactly what they are and why we use them:

Google Analytics 4 — We use GA4 to understand how visitors interact with our site (which pages are popular, how people find us, etc.). GA4 sets first-party cookies under our domain to distinguish unique visitors. Google may process this data on its servers. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google Fonts — Our site loads typefaces (Instrument Serif and Outfit) from Google's font servers. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit our site, which exposes your IP address to Google. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Formspree — When you submit our contact form, your information is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to our email inbox. Formspree processes your data solely to facilitate form submission. You can review Formspree's privacy policy for details.

Cloudflare — Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's content delivery network (CDN) and security services. Cloudflare may process your IP address and connection information to deliver the site and protect against malicious traffic. You can review Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Cookies

Our site sets no third-party cookies. The only cookies are first-party cookies set by Google Analytics under our own domain (_ga and _ga_*), which are used to distinguish unique visitors. These cookies expire after 2 years of inactivity.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Our site will continue to function normally without them.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage our business relationship. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell personal information. You may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected about you by contacting us at the email address above.

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
