The calls you miss, answered.
When you are on a job, after hours, or the line is busy, a phone assistant picks up. It says it is an assistant, takes the caller's name, number and what they need, and emails you a summary within minutes. You keep your number.
Your phone rings first. The assistant catches the rest.
You keep your number
Only the calls nobody picks up are forwarded, using your carrier's own settings. Switch it off from your phone any time.
It answers the way you would want
It says it is an assistant, asks one thing at a time, repeats the number back, and never pretends to be a person.
A summary, not a voicemail

A short call
Your services, hours, service area, and the questions callers ask most, over a phone call or video chat.
Your script, tested
We write the script with you, set up the assistant, and make test calls together until it sounds right.
Turn it on, then tune it
You switch on forwarding for missed calls. Each month we read the calls and adjust the script.
What owners ask us.
Will callers know it is not a person?
Yes. It says so in its first sentence and tells them the call is transcribed.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your phone forwards only the calls you miss, and you can turn that off from your phone at any time.
What happens in an emergency?
It gives basic safety instructions and marks the summary urgent so you see it first. It never replaces 911.
Who can hear my calls?
Calls are transcribed by our voice provider, which deletes them within seven days. You receive the summaries.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month, and we set it up with you over a call or video chat, anywhere in the US.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many calls you get. Jeff will give you a price on a short call, and you can hear the assistant first.
It is the same assistant that answers for us. Call any time, then let's talk about your line.
